Something's fishy @ Nuffnang!

This is really getting fishy...

Just look at this...

For my Red Nano by SPH campaign 20th April to 26th April 2008, I am being paid a meagre sum of $1.68, with it being stated that I am in Band 1 and the click thru ratio is -NA-

However, a quick check on Nuffnang analytics shows that from 14th April to 20th April, I have some 800+ unique visitors to my blog..

Does this mean that having 800+ unique visitors is still a Band 1 under the eyes of Nuffnang?

What you get is dependent on when the ad was served (when you got the Nuffnang notification email) and NOT when you see the ads on your page. If your email came BEFORE that spike in readership, you don't serve to gain anything from it.

what type of ad u get? Cos I get geo_CPM, so tot it was cos of that my band also 1... sad.. the last time i got CPM ad was band 5 when i got 800+ visitors a week too.

the no of visitors is calculated from the date informed by Unffnang. It will start exactly at Sat midnite/Sunday morning at 12am, which means they count Sunday as 1st day of the week.

for that 800++ uniques, it's last week's traffic..when the advertiser confronted Nuffnang for the Ad Campaign, it might be long ago when you are still on Band 1..

so for your 800++ uniques, you might that higher Band in the coming weeks if and only if there's ANY advertiser confronted Nuffnang during your 800++ uniques week..

also, do check your "Came From"..Nuffnang only counts traffic within Malaysia..off-shore traffic is not counted in your uniques..

eh sorry..u are from SG..so off-shore traffic is not counted..only traffics from SG is counted, if i'm not mistaken..

or easier, when it's stated geo_CPM then it's only on-shore traffic..when Global..it's Global traffic..
